The Levels Work Hub

Langport is at the heart of the Somerset Levels. The Levels Workhub & Business Support Centre has been established to support start-up and incubation of local small businesses by providing affordabel, flexiable, office facilities with comprehensive business support and networking oppertunities.

Great Bow Wharf (GBW) is an historic grade 2 listed former warehouse building which has been sympathetically renovated to high eco standards with an almost zero carbon footprint. GBW is a community building with meeting rooms, a riverside café and terrace and a number of serviced rooms, varying in size, as work space. Since SBA has taken over as managing agent all of the offices are now occupied, there has been created a dedicated hot desking and hub space and actively used meeting and conference room. The Levels Work Hub space offers users an instant desk, instant internet and teleophony connection and daily access to admin and business support. The admin support includes photocopying, secretarial services, laminating and publishing, presentation preparation and general printing support.
