Joint Operations Manager

Lenka has worked for SBA since October 2017 as the Accounts & Events Co-ordinator and is now in the role of Joint Operations Manager.

Emma Brade
Joint Operations Manager

Emma has a background in the Education and Learning sector, primarily dealing with compliance and risk management. She joined SBA as the Contracts Co-ordinator before stepping up into the role of Joint Operations Manager. 

Clare Paul
Business Development Advisor 

Clare’s background is in retail & hospitality management where she specialised in turning around unprofitable businesses. She then became a small business owner/entrepreneur herself and owned a successful public house, a retail butchers and a high street cafe.

The particular skills that Clare brings to the SBA are her expertise in business analysis and planning. Clare is experienced in digital media marketing, lead generation and small business finance

A business founder, start-up enthusiast, Mentor and Small Business Consultant, passionate about helping entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life.  Benefiting from a 25 year ‘roller coaster ride’ in business, working with a mix of Global Corporations and SME’s, across a wide range of sectors both as an employee and as a business owner for the last 15 years.
